1. Acceptance    By visiting chronosmithssaga.com or downloading any game, you agree to these Terms.    If you don’t agree, please leave the site and do not download.

2. Ownership & License    All games, art, code, and text on this site are © Pen and Park Management LLC.    You get a personal, non-commercial, revocable license to play the downloaded game on your device.    You may not copy, modify, sell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the game.

3. Downloads & Updates    Games are provided “as-is.” We may release updates; you are not required to install them.    We can remove or change any download at any time without notice.

4. No Warranty    The site and games come with no guarantees. They might crash, contain bugs, or damage your device.    Use at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss or damage.

5. Age    You must be 13+ (or have parent permission) to use the site or games.

6. Privacy    We collect no personal data unless you voluntarily email us.    Any email you send is kept private and only used to reply.

7. Links to Other Sites    We may link to YouTube, itch.io, etc. Those sites have their own rules—we’re not responsible for them.

8. Changes to Terms    We can update these Terms anytime. The new version starts when posted.    Keep checking this page.

9. Governing Law    These Terms follow the laws of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law rules.
